The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess your qualifications against the minimum qualifications. Please answer the questions completely. Upload onto your CalOpps online application the copies of your POST Basic and POST Academy Graduate certificates. An application without the necessary documentation included will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Individuals who do not meet the minimum requirements may be eliminated at any point in the process. For those who wish to claim Veteran's preference, submit a copy of your form DD214 (upload into CalOpps).
