1. Describe your experience providing a high level of assistance to the public, including any work you have done in enforcement, inspection, investigation, or customer service capacity.

2. Describe your experience working with regulatory codes, enforcing permit conditions, and using methods to gain compliance. Include the types of codes you worked with, the steps you took, and how you achieved voluntary or corrective compliance.

3. Describe your experience conducting inspections, gathering evidence, and investigating code violations, including any work preparing legal documents and presenting findings in administrative or court proceedings.

4. Describe your experience working with multiple software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems, permitting systems, etc.). In your response, include the types of programs you have used and how you applied them in your daily work.
