These documents will be reviewed and verified as part of the minimum qualification screening, and will include some combination of the following:

A. Valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certificate OR valid Paramedic license. AND
B. Valid Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) dated within 12 months prior to appointment.
