Enhance Your Compensation with Specialized Roles
We recognize the skills and commitment that come with specialized roles. Officers in these assignments receive additional compensation:
Detective / School Resource Officer – 2.5% of base salary
Motorcycle Officer – 2.5% of base salary
Field Training Officer – 2% of base salary
Bilingual Pay – Up to $150/month
K-9 Handler – Receive 7 hours of overtime per pay period
IT Super User – 5% of base salary

Retirement

Police Officers accrue holiday time equivalent to 12 official holidays each year. After completing one year with us, you’ll also earn an additional 2 floating holidays.
