California Joint Powers Risk Management Authority

The California Joint Powers Risk Management Authority (CJPRMA) is a statewide member-directed risk retention pool that was established in 1986 to provide excess general liability coverage for its members. Currently, its membership is composed of 16 cities and 4 joint powers authorities. The combined membership represents about 84 public entities throughout the state. CJPRMA is dedicated to protecting its members from catastrophic losses and meeting their evolving needs.
