Recreation Services Coordinator I  

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in recreation/leisure, arts administration, hospitality management, human services, public administration, business administration or a related field; AND

Two years of experience in recreation programs or other community-based services.

The City of Sunnyvale is seeking a division head-level Risk Manager to lead and guide the Risk Management Division. The Risk Manager will bring a dynamic, service-oriented and proactive approach to the City of Sunnyvale organization. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and coordinating risk management, workers’ compensation, property and liability, and safety programs; collaborating with other divisions and departments; and providing highly complex strategic support to the Director of Human Resources.

Library Specialist III (Part-Time): $28.53 - $36.41

The City of Sunnyvale is looking for an Applications Analyst II to join the Information Technology Department (ITD). This position requires a service-oriented focus, ability to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM applications, along with primary and secondary support roles for multiple enterprise systems including system configuration, reporting and interfaces, day-to-day operational issues, break/fix, maintenance, upgrades, and on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting Human Capital Management (HCM/HR) or Financial systems, preferably an integrated ERP/HCM system, ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Our Oracle Cloud ERP modules include General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable and Project Portfolio Management, and HCM includes Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor and Payroll. The candidate will be detail-oriented, able to create and edit documentation, possess strong customer service skills, and understand technical complexities involved in functional configuration, integration, interfaces, and report development with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with end users.
