The City of Healdsburg is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to join the Public Works Department. This position will have a primary focus on the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This is an opportunity to gain a diverse range of hands-on experience in municipal engineering, collaborate across department lines and serve on several amazing upcoming projects, including:
- 4,200 square-foot Fire Substation
- Front Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement
- $15 M – Federal Grant Funded – Healdsburg Avenue Complete Streets Project
- Federal Grant Funded – Grove Street Neighborhood Plan Implementation
- Healdsburg Avenue/Mill District Connectivity
- FAA Funded – Airport Taxiway Improvements

The salary range for the Senior Project Manager position is $118,450.43 - $144,532.78 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, retirement through CalPERS and generous benefits package, you may be eligible for a hiring incentive and relocation assistance:
- Up to $2,500 upon hire and $2,500 upon successful completion of probation.
- Relocation Assistance up to $2,500 for candidates outside of a 100-mile radius of the city.
