ABOUT THE POSITION
The San José City Attorney’s Office has an opening for a trial attorney. The position requires excellent legal research and writing skills; command of rules of evidence and civil procedure; comprehensive analysis of claims and defenses, and a demonstrated ability to execute appropriate discovery, motion, and trial strategies with effective written and oral advocacy.
