We are seeking a customer service driven professional with excellent communication skills for our part-time Literacy Specialist position. This position is located at the Central Library in downtown Santa Rosa, in the heart of Wine Country, with the Redwoods and Pacific Ocean only minutes away.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Mill Valley Library is recruiting a Librarian for the Lucretia Little History Room. The person will direct the History Room’s operations and services and work closely with docents and staff to acquire, preserve, and showcase local history. Developing new and supporting existing partnerships is an essential part of this position. The candidate will continue implementation of current initiatives as well as help modernize and chart a future path for the History Room.
We have one full-time, temporary, Field Pipeline Locator internship within the District in the Records Department of the Environmental & Engineering Services Division. Intern Assignments are for a 40 hour week. Duration of this assignment is expected to be up to six (6) months, but can be terminated at any time. Positions operate out of MMWD’s Corte Madera location.
