During the School Year - Monday thru Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During the Summer- Monday thru Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The salary range for this position is $71,219.20 - $94,452.80 with the actual salary determined by the final candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Analyst I/II classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.

Under general direction, plans, organizes, and directs the Human Resources Division which includes the functions of Labor and Employee Relations, Recruitment and Examination, Classification and Compensation, and Benefits. The Human Resources Manager serves as a member of the city’s executive team. The Human Resources Manager serves in the capacity of a true business partner to department heads, managers, and supervisors. The Human Resources Manager is a trusted advisor and advocate for both the City and staff.
The Teen Recreation Specialist reports directly to the Recreation Coordinator/Recreation Supervisor. This positions’ primary responsibilities are to coordinate a variety of enriching programs, events, activities for teens. This is a temporary, part time position that averages 30-38 hours per week depending on the needs of the department.
The Recreation Facilities Specialist reports directly to the Recreation Coordinator. This position will work closely with the Recreation Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate usage for all Recreation & Community Services Department parks and facilities. This is a temporary, part time position that averages 30-38 hours per week depending on the needs of the department.
The Recreation Specialist for Contract Classes reports directly to the Recreation Coordinator/Recreation Supervisor. This position’s primary responsibilities are to recruit and hire contract instructors to offer diverse and enriching programs and classes through the Recreation & Community Services Department. This is a temporary, part time position that averages 30-38 hours per week depending on the needs of the department.
$4,791 - $5,824 per month
(Salary schedule reflects a 5% furlough reduction for FY20/21)
