The IPA Analyst I/II is an essential position responsible for professional level administrative and analytic work in a variety of assignments supporting the mission of the Office. IPA Analyst I/II generally provides analysis, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the citizen complaint process; participates in community outreach, education, and public relations programs; responds to community questions and concerns; and prepares reports and other documents.

Police Office - Academy Graduate
$111,263.46 - $135,245.48 Annual Potential Compensation
Holiday Pay – 6.37%
Bilingual pay – 5%
Education pay (up to) – 7.5%
Annual Uniform pay $1400
(Base Annual Salary $93,600.96 - 113,775.96)
