Tri-City is looking for a special individual to serve as a Community Navigator as part of the Los Angeles Homeless Measure H Initiative with the MHSA Department. This position is a limited term, full-time position (8 months) with the potential to be extended. The Measure H Community Navigator position requires field work and on-call duties for 1-2 weeks per month. The Community Navigator position reports to a MHSA Program Supervisor and performs a variety of community based duties, including but not limited to:
