Under supervision, the Community Service Officer (CSO) performs a wide range of field and office support duties in the patrol and support services divisions within the Marysville Police Department.
This is a specialized, full-time, non-sworn classification. The Community Service Officer has no powers of arrest.
To perform varied and routine non-sworn duties with emphasis on parking enforcement and vehicle abatement program.

This position provides community outreach advocacy services, understands Health Systems, performs prevention, informational sessions, and outreach for at-risk populations; prepares, researches, and presents health system materials; and performs related duties as assigned. This position is a three (3) year limited term position, and is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.
