The Public Works Maintenance Worker I/II/III position performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled labor in the construction, maintenance and repair of County roads, bridges, culverts and other related structures, and in various traffic control maintenance and repair activities or in the various solid waste site activities of the Public Works Agency; operates a variety of construction, maintenance and transportation equipment as necessary to complete daily tasks at the Glenn County Public Works Agency.
Special Pay Incentives:
- All miscellaneous employees will receive an additional 7.5% pay increase to be provided this year as soon as CalPERS approves the negotiated EPMC change.
- Premium Pay – An additional $2/hour for all miscellaneous personnel, paid through June 30, 2023.

The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Employment Training Specialist II in the Health and Human Services Department. This position reports directly to an associated professional, supervisory, or managerial position depending on assignment. Under general supervision, provide complex employment and training assignments requiring a high level of professional skills and knowledge in employment services and career development; conduct training workshops, advanced employment assessment and job development; and other duties as assigned.
