The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Court Staff Attorney. The hired candidate will perform a wide variety of legal research duties primarily in probate law.
Court Staff Attorney I ($88,212.80 - $109,928 Annually) is the entry level attorney position for the court.
This position is responsible for performing legal secretarial duties requiring both sound judgment and good technical skills.

The City Attorney’s Office seeks a well-qualified, motivated attorney with significant land use experience for the position of Assistant City Attorney. The Assistant City Attorney will provide legal advice, counsel and representation to the City in areas including, but not limited to, land use, real estate, housing and economic development. Services include drafting and reviewing contracts, ordinances, resolutions, deeds, permits, licenses, and other legal documents, conducting research, interpreting and updating the City Code, and providing advice to City staff.
