The City of Saratoga is currently recruiting to fill a full-time Accounting Technician position within the Administrative Services Department. The incumbent will report to the Finance Manager.

The Accounting Technician, under general supervision, performs journey-level technical and administrative account support duties associated with preparing, maintaining, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable records and transactions. The incumbent’s duties include reconciling accounts and ledgers, preparing financial reports, batch runs and wire transfers, tracking and maintaining manual and computerized accounting and financial records, establishing and updating vendor records, and performing related duties as assigned. The incumbent will be assigned to the Accounts Payable and Program Procurement Support responsibilities.

The Technician will have knowledge of and proficiency in: Terminology and practices of financial and account document processing and record-keeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, utility billing, and business licensing; Methods and techniques or preparing and maintaining records of financial transactions; Methods and techniques of researching and resolving accounting transactional discrepancies; Business arithmetic and basic accounting and financial management knowledge; Record-keeping principles and procedures; Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and ordinances relevant to the area(s) of responsibility; and related areas necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.

City offices operate on a 9/80 schedule. This position is located at City Hall, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue; operational hours are 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

The Property Manager I/II position is in the Finance and Administration Division at San José Mineta International Airport and reports to a Senior Property Manager in one of three groups including Airlines, Concessions, or Commercial Properties. The final candidate's qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below.

The Property Manager I salary range is $84,084.00 - $102,276.72 annually.
The Property Manager II salary range is $102,276.72 - $124,400.64 annually.

The City of Marysville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Human Resources Manager, Assistant to the City Manager and City Clerk; this recruitment will fill 1 vacancy and create an eligible list.

The Human Resource Manager will conduct, lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. ACM - To perform a variety of administrative and managerial responsibilities in the conduct and management of the activities of preparing City Council agendas, minutes, and Council packets, as well as responding to Public Records request and maintaining all official City records. The City of Patterson is seeking to fill one (1) part-time vacancy for a Facility Attendant in the Recreation Department and to establish an eligibility list.

StopWaste is hiring an Energy Council Program Services Specialist to work on Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) programs.
