Child Care Associate Teacher: $20.00 - $25.50 per hour, part time, non-benefited, typically limited to 1,000 hours per year.

CHILD CARE AIDE

This position will work directly with a Child Care Site Coordinator or Lead Teacher at varying pre-school or K-6/ K-8 school sites based on program needs. The Child Care Aide is responsible for leading activities and supervising small groups of children in State-funded Title V programs.

THE DEPARTMENT

The Public Works Department is composed of a Director and 11 full-time management staff with a 26 million dollar operating budget.  The department is comprised of the Maintenance, Engineering, and WQCP (Water Quality Control Plant) divisions.  The Maintenance Division oversees 127 miles of streets which includes asphalt, concrete, over 12,000 road signs, street markings, 70 signalized intersections, 164 miles of sewers, 125 miles of storm drains, 3857 street lights, 5 lift stations, and various miscellaneous tasks.

Job Description
The City’s litigation portfolio includes a broad range of substantive legal issues arising under both state and federal law. As Sr. Deputy litigator, under supervision of a Chief Deputy, you will have primary responsibility for all aspects of assigned cases, including pleading, litigation strategy, client communication and coordination, discovery and document review, motion practice, settlement evaluation and negotiation, and trial.
