The Property Manager I/II position is in the Finance and Administration Division at San José Mineta International Airport and reports to a Senior Property Manager in one of three groups including Airlines, Concessions, or Commercial Properties. This position has overall responsibility for day-to-day property management of Airport tenants, including airlines, concessionaires, airline support companies, rental cars, Fixed Base Operators and non-aeronautical commercial properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Negotiates the terms and conditions of leases, permits, and other agreements with tenants and lessees of such properties as terminal facilities and service outlets relating to auto rental, lands, and buildings.
- Implements retail merchandising programs for all terminal space at the Airport, including market research activities, product surveys, feasibility studies, and market testing

The final candidate's qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below.

The Property Manager I salary range is $84,084.00 - $102,276.72 annually.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Under general supervision of the Parks Supervisor, performs a variety of duties in maintaining and repairing parks facilities, city buildings, city grounds, swimming pool. 

• This is a part-time temporary, non-benefitted position. 
• Flexible schedule; not-to-exceed 1,000 hours per calendar year. 

Temporary Parks Maintenance Worker - Employee will be assigned 28 - 40 hours a week until the 1,000 hours are completed or season has concluded.

The City of Marysville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Human Resources Manager, Assistant to the City Manager and City Clerk; this recruitment will fill 1 vacancy and create an eligible list.  

This recruitment will encompass three (3) different positions with the City of Marysville (Human Resources Manager (HR), Assistant to the City Manager (ACM) and City Clerk (CC); due to this caveat this classification specification will list duties and responsibilities for the three (3) positions.
The Human Resource Manager will conduct, lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. ACM - To perform a variety of administrative and managerial responsibilities in the conduct and management of the activities of preparing City Council agendas, minutes, and Council packets, as well as responding to Public Records request and maintaining all official City records. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. ACM - Reports to and receives general direction from the City Manager. Provide complex and advanced technical assistance in support of managing and implementing Valley Water’s cyber security systems on the Enterprise network and SCADA/ Industrial Control System/ Operational Technology network. Monitor cyber security logs, respond to cyber security incidents, plan design, and implement a variety of complex cyber security systems assists with determining hardware and software systems requirements and specifications; performs a variety of complex technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
 
Serves as the technical lead on the design and implementation of Valley Water’s most complex and highly integrated Cyber Security systems involving new, unfamiliar, or emerging technologies; to perform the most complex professional level duties in the development, installation, coding, integration, documentation, testing, and maintenance of Cyber Security controls and systems; and to perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cyber Security: monitor and maintain security on infrastructure systems including IT security applications and appliances. Example: Microsoft security patching, updating appliance firmware, maintaining Cyber Security definitions, monitoring Anti-Spam solution, monitoring Cyber Security appliances, and recommending modifications to existing Cyber Security hardware, software, and overall security stance. DEFINITION:

Under the general direction from Union City’s Cybersecurity Manager and/or Director of Information Technology Services, the Cybersecurity Intern will fulfill a variety of valuable functions. THE POSITION: The City Manager’s Office at the City of San Mateo has an opportunity for an intern to work on a number of projects. The City of San José Housing Department's mission is to strengthen and revitalize our community through housing and neighborhood investment. The Housing Department is recruiting for an Analyst position in the Rent Stabilization Program. The Rent Stabilization Program provides mediation and arbitration services to landlords and tenants in rent-controlled apartments, oversees rent controlled mobile homes and provides information and referrals for non-rent controlled rental units in San José. Under the direction of a Senior Analyst, the position provides information and assistance to the public and staff on many aspects of rent stabilization and rental housing laws, regulations, and procedures. The position may prepare petitions from the public in preparation for hearings under the City's rent stabilization and related ordinances, answer public inquiries to the Rent Stabilization Program, track and analyze data and outcomes, as well as perform other complex tasks required in the administration of housing programs. This position will assist in outreach and education functions and may assist tenants and landlords in accessing eviction prevention resources, including emergency rental assistance and legal services. The position may collect documents and assess eligibility of tenants and landlords for an eviction diversion program. The incumbent will be expected to make public presentations, interact with tenants, property owners, and their representatives and must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with persons from diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.

Duties of the positions may include:

• Responding to inquiries from the public regarding Apartment Rent Ordinance, Tenant Protection Ordinance, Mobile homes Ordinance, and related rules, regulations and policies and making referrals to other agencies, as appropriate.
• Processing petitions from landlords and tenants and supporting Hearing Officers and mediators throughout the hearing and mediation process. Assisting parties to the petition in developing all information needed for presentation in hearings without bias toward either party.
