To perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of streets, sidewalks, signs, water meters, sewers, storm drains, pump stations and tree maintenance.
This position performs a variety of professional administrative and confidential support functions for the Assistant General Manager and his/her staff. Maintains strict confidentiality, exercises good judgment, and a high degree of professionalism when acting as an ambassador or liaison to staff, members, other agencies, or the public. Under general supervision, incumbents regularly perform a variety of duties requiring adaptation to various situations, judgment as to which learned work method to apply for the desired result, and the ability to communicate effectively.

POSITION
Under general supervision, provides highly responsible administrative support to the City Clerk to assist with the day-to-day operations of the City Clerk’s Office. This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Work schedule is flexible up to 30 hours per week.

POSITION
The position is responsible for the performance of both the day-to-day power settlements among NCPA members, Western, California, and Federal electricity markets, local balancing authority area operators (CAISO, BANC, EIM), as well as settlement activities associated with NCPA Power Management’s Service Customers.

The Crossing Guard position is a temporary position, approximately five hours per day, two (2) hours in the morning and three (2) hours in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, this position provides engineering support to NCPA’s Power Generation Service department. The Power Generation Service Department includes the “State of the Art” Lodi Energy Center (LEC) Combined Cycle Power Plant, our green Geothermal Power Plant, our Hydroelectric Power Plant, and includes our hydrogen fuel source with a mission to provide green and renewable energy to our 16-member agencies in Northern California.
