The position will be responsible for Development Engineering. The selected candidate will work with developers and their engineers reviewing proposed development plans, issuing “will-serve” letters, determining development conditions and creating development agreements on all development projects within the City. The engineer will insure that public improvements meet all City standards. Experience either as a municipal development engineer or as a consultant working on development projects is desirable. Tri-City is looking for one individual to serve as a Mental Health Worker (MHW) for the Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) Program. The MHW will appeal to those who are passionate about working with adults with moderate or severe behavioral health challenges at their home, the shelter or elsewhere. This is a field-based position. The MHW will report to a Program Supervisor.
Tri-City is looking for one innovative and ambitious individual to serve as a Wellness Advocate Manager coordinating peer services throughout Tri-City system of care. This position will be responsible to plan, coordinate, implement activities that promote peer/family involvement in order to improve access to care, reduce local area disparities. The Wellness Advocate Manager will report to the Executive Director.
Under general supervision, supervises, assigns, reviews and participates in the work of staff responsible for street sweeping (in-house and contract services), concrete and asphalt maintenance (in-house and contract services), yard facility maintenance, equipment maintenance and graffiti removal within the Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department; performs administrative tasks, report writing, acts as Public Works Maintenance Superintendent in absences; and performs other related duties as required.
Under general supervision of the Columbia Neighborhood Center (CNC) Site Manager or designee, the recreation instructor will develop and facilitate nutrition curriculum and program hands-on cooking activities to support health and wellness programs for youth, adults and families.

This is the next level class above Facilities Maintenance Worker II. Works independently on assignments which require skills and experience in Facilities Maintenance. Uses specialized equipment to perform duties. May be assigned to various divisions.
