The County of San Mateo Probation Department is seeking candidates with exceptional analytical and collaboration skills to join their team as a Payroll-Personnel Coordinator.
The Probation Department employs over 400 staff dedicated to enhancing community safety, reducing crime, and assisting the victims of crime through offender accountability and rehabilitation. As part of this proactive and innovative agency, the Payroll-Personnel Coordinator will provide technical and specialized payroll and other personnel related support.
Under the supervision of the Police Academy Sergeant, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the training program operations within the Bureau of Administration’s Training Unit. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating training for the 28-week Police Recruit training program and is responsible for ensuring training hours and requirements meet or exceed California's Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) requirements.
Under general supervision, plans, schedules, directs, assigns, and participates in the work of staff responsible for constructing, repairing, maintaining, and replacing Town infrastructure including water, sewer, streets, parks, facilities, and drainage facilities and systems; uses and operates a variety of tools and light to heavy equipment; and performs related duties as assigned.

Tri-City is looking for one individual to serve as a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for the Facilities Division within the Operations Department. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will to perform maintenance, security, and housekeeping functions to ensure the safety and aesthetics of all Agency facilities. This position will report to the Facilities Manager.
