SMART is new commuter rail system serving Marin and Sonoma counties in Northern California. Our rail operations center is located in Santa Rosa, CA.
Under general supervision, the Vehicle Maintenance Technician position performs skilled preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, primary and secondary repair and modification to mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and components found on commuter rail diesel multiple unit (DMU) vehicles and supporting systems.
THE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER (FRC)
Clinical Therapist I will initiate and conduct individual, family and group counseling/psychotherapy sessions. They will provide crisis intervention to mentally ill/emotionally disabled individuals, groups and families, as well as case management services on or off-site. The Therapist will meet with clients for regular therapeutic interviews, as well as guide clients in understanding their illness and contributing personal, social and economic factors. They will assist clients in developing realistic plans and advise clients on community resources.
Under supervision, the Mental Health Worker will assists professional staff members engaged in planning, developing, evaluation and providing mental health support services to individuals and groups. They will provide services in the development and implementation of rehabilitation and vocational programs. The Mental Health Worker will ensure participants and family members have all the information needed to make well-informed health care decisions. They will provide linkage to other resources and services, as well as coordinate a continuum of care for groups of participants.
