Community Energy is seeking one (1) full-time Analyst I/II to assist the Contract Management and Administrative Services division. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter with a background in human resources and/or contract development and management.
The Analyst I/II will serve as employee services liaison, managing recruitments, analyzing employment data, conducting internal audits, and providing general administrative support to the department. This position will also work closely with numerous City Administrative partners (e.g., Purchasing, the City Attorney’s Office, the City Manager’s Office, and Employee Relations) in order to develop and execute a variety of contracts and related documents.
A dedicated, organized, and professional individual is needed to creatively offer their support by:
- Tracking and monitoring contracts and related documents (e.g., memos, service orders);
- Generating contract status reports;
- Facilitating the procurement process (e.g., RFP/RFQ);
- Providing strategic support for the Risk Oversight Committee;
- Overseeing the department's on-boarding process;
- Producing a variety of administrative reports;
- Supporting positions and class audits;
- Coordinating the Management and Non-Management Performance Appraisal process;
- Serving as the Safety and Worker's Compensation liaison;
- Overseeing the FMLA and Leave of Absence process;
- Actively supporting employee recognition and engagement; and
- Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Salary Information
- The current salary range for Analyst I is: $69,139.20 - $84,073.60
- The current salary range for Analyst II is: $75,462.40 - $91,707.20
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Analyst I/II classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing, non-pensionable, compensation pay.
