The City of Gilroy is recruiting (2) two college interns to work in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department. The intern will participate and work with the Planning Division staff on a variety of tasks.
The City of Pacifica is looking for a current student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands on experience in local emergency management practices. The goal of this internship is to develop your skills, make professional connections, strengthen your resume' and most importantly, to help you gain work experience. The intern will work closely under the direction of the Emergency Manager within the Pacifica Police Department, supporting efforts coordinating multi-hazard planning efforts.
The Planning Intern works under the supervision and direction of a Senior Planner within the Community Development Department. This position will perform a variety of duties in support of the Planning Division’s operations—administrative, clerical, and customer service.
This temporary assignment is scheduled to work up to 24 hours per week, with the duration dependent on funding.
