DEFINITION: Under direction of the City Engineer, plans, organizes and supervises professional and technical operations related to Engineering matters affecting the City. This position also manages and directs the activities, programs and staff of the Engineering Department.
The Help Desk Analyst is responsible to provide front line technical support to NCPA employees, customers and Members by responding, resolving and documenting a variety of technical requests through the NCPA incident management system. Requests include software and hardware installs, repairs, troubleshooting, user management including password and certificate support. Will be responsible to independently coordinate with users to set up equipment for day-to-day use, training and events as needed.
