Working in the Community Development and Public Services Department, the Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of unskilled, semiskilled and skilled light and heavy duty construction, maintenance and repair work involving public works, sewer and drainage systems, buildings, parking meters, and other facilities.
Under general direction, the Systems Analyst maintains and deploys the city’s information technology infrastructure, which includes the servers, software, databases, cloud services, and network and communication infrastructure. In addition, acts as a second level support for complex help-desk issues.

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour DOQ (Part-Time, Non-Benefited position)
Schedule: Actual work schedule and classes taught to be determined through mutual agreement with coordinator. Employees may be required to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Under administrative direction, performs a variety of professional-level analytical assignments and special projects related to Housing or Community Development; researches and prepares reports, budgetary analyses and studies; and performs related duties as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Chief of Surveys classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
