The Budget Manager is a division-level manager responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing the City's sophisticated Operating and Capital Budgets and Twenty-Year Financial Plans. This position participates in the development of the City's financial systems, conducts and presents complex financial information and analysis to executive management and others to assist in policy decision making.

THE POSITION
