We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Specialist position in the Public Works Department. This position, which requires strong customer service and multi-tasking skills, will work a 9/80 schedule.
This is a journey-level classification encompassing specialized technical and administrative support within the Police Department. Incumbents are responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of departmental databases, preparation and assembly of detailed reports, support of recruitment processes, contribution to departmental planning initiatives, and provision of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) expertise. This classification demands independent work and the exercise of sound judgment and initiative.
The Dixon Fire Department is looking to fill one, full-time regular position of Fire Administrative Analyst. This position provides administrative support in the fire department environment including management of records; office management; reception; research; budget preparation; document preparation; project management; and supervision.
The position performs highly responsible, complex general and specialized administrative and clerical duties.

This person plays a key role in the Supervisor’s priorities for equitable development and environmental justice. This position reports to the Director of Policy.

This individual tracks policies, advocates for equitable investments in District 1, and helps design board actions that enhance public health, general welfare, and access to medical care and social support systems. This position reports to the Director of Policy.
