Under general supervision, the Police Records Assistant performs a variety of general administrative, clerical, and customer service duties involved in the maintenance, processing, and distribution of Police records, including serving as a call-taker and assisting in office support duties; and performs related work as required. The Police Records Assistant receives general supervision from a Sergeant and functional direction from the Police Records Specialist; exercises no direct supervision.
AC Transit is currently seeking experienced candidates for the position of Administrative Specialist. Under general supervision of the District Secretary, provides professional-level, administrative and support duties for the District Secretary and the Board of Directors. The classification independently performs a wide variety of complex, technical, and time-sensitive administrative duties and assumes the responsibilities for the Assistant District Secretary in his/her absence.
Part-Time, Temporary/Seasonal (no more than 7 hours per week)
The After School Instructor will plan, prepare, and instruct recreation activities (Instructor Aides will assist). Activities may include art, cooking, dance, pre-school program and other program areas. Programs are designed for children ages 6–12 years of age (school grades 2nd to 6th). Job site placement: Brier, Cabrillo, or Grimmer Elementary.

Instruct children and adults (primarily 5-12 years of age) in beginning to intermediate sports camps or programs, such as Badminton, Basketball, Baseball, Cricket, Football, Softball, Soccer, Tennis, etc. Class content should provide basic and/or more advanced game mechanics, strategies, and the rules of sports, depending on the student level of skill. Class must emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship and team play. The goal is to have fun and develop a skill.
The Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest quality of guest service to all visitors. The Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties and assist at various City facilities, as assigned. In addition, the Coordinator will monitor facility rentals and support the special events. This is potentially a year around part time position.
