PART TIME STATUS:
This is a part-time, at-will, non-benefited position. Work schedule is up to 40 hours per week during the summer season and is limited to 1,000 hours per year.

Under direct supervision of the Pool Supervisor, The Lifeguard has the responsibility to enforce the safety standards, rules, and regulations of the City’s Pool program; to rescue swimmers in distress and administer First Aid and CPR when it is needed; This position includes ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, be alert of all activities in and around the pool while on duty and to assist with general maintenance and cleanup activities and performs related work as required. SENIOR RECREATION LEADER

Summary Description
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor/coordinator, the Senior Recreation Leader is responsible for implementing programs at a given site, including administering program curriculum and supervising program staff. This is an at-will, intermittent, part-time, hourly wage position without City-paid benefits. Work a flexible work schedule, which may include evening, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Water Operator (20472061)
POSITION
Under general supervision, plans, performs maintenance and repair work of the City’s utility systems and does related work as required.
The Water Operator is an entry-level position. Incumbents learn and perform a variety of semi-skilled duties in the construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of the City’s potable water distribution and distribution, wastewater, stormwater systems, equipment, and facilities.

This is a part-time non-benefited position. Work schedule is flexible up to 29 hours per week.
