GENERAL PURPOSE:

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of routine to moderately complex clerical and customer service-related duties requiring program knowledge, technical evaluation of information, and the use of clerical skills to support the operations of the assigned department.  This current part-time vacancy will reside in the City Clerk's Office.

The City of Sunnyvale is accepting applications for Office Assistant (Part-Time), with a vacancy in the Department of Library and Recreation Services.  The list established from this recruitment may also be used to fill Office Assistant (Part-Time) vacancies in other City Departments. The final filing date is Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 5:00 pm or after receiving 100 qualified applications, whichever is first.

Under general supervision of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of general clerical work; and performs related work as required.
