Park Maintenance Worker I / Intern (20544472)
THE POSITION
To perform a variety of skilled and semiskilled horticulture tasks in the construction, maintenance and repair of parks, pools, recreation, and cemetery facilities and buildings. The purpose of this recruitment is to hire multiple temporary/part-time positions. Candidates who do not currently meet the minimum qualifications for the Park Maintenance Worker I position may be considered for an Intern position instead.
Temporary/part-time employees work no more than 130 hours per month and 960 hours per fiscal year.
The City of Brisbane is currently recruiting certified Lifeguards for our beautiful year-round outdoor aquatic facility. Lifeguards patrol and watch the activities in and around the community swimming pool, enforce regulations to prevent accidents, and rescue swimmers in distress.
