The Human Resources Department of the County of San Mateo is seeking well-qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Information Systems Manager.
Overseeing the Human Resources (HR) Information Management Division of the office, the HR Information Systems Manager will:
Oversee all Human Resources related systems
Develop and implement short and long-term automation tactics and strategies
Create process improvements, procedures, and end-user training guides

The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Engineer I/II classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
