About the Position
The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Sheriff’s Records Clerk within the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department. Under general supervision, this incumbent provides difficult, technical, complex or specialized work relating to Sheriff’s department records and associated automated information systems, and performs related work as assigned. This position is often the first point of contact for the Sheriff’s Department.
This position performs a variety of para-professional and responsible eligibility determination and case management duties for the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency, Mental Health Division. This position is full-time and scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This position performs moderately difficult and complex administrative and analytical work that may involve and/or emphasize the functional areas of: general and administrative support, fiscal and contract management, program analysis and compliance, staff development and training. The incumbent will gather, tabulate, analyze, and chart data; interview and consult with departmental officials, employees, and others, to give and receive information.
