• Oversee the maintenance and repair of about 100 vehicles, including emergency response vehicles, and a variety of equipment (e.g., generators, trailers, boom trucks, compressors, wheel loaders, street sweepers, etc.).
• Coordinate regular and preventative maintenance on all vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical tissues and perform or coordinate the necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition and meet proper safety protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure parts and equipment.
• Oversee the upfitting process for first responder vehicles, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and technology to support emergency operations.
• Support maintenance of the Department's asset management software to track vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, promptly responding to repair requests and informing them of maintenance progress. 
• Supervise a part-time mechanic.

The Accounting Technician, under general supervision, performs journey-level technical and administrative account support duties associated with preparing, maintaining, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable records and transactions. The incumbent’s duties include reconciling accounts and ledgers, preparing financial reports, batch runs and wire transfers, tracking and maintaining manual and computerized accounting and financial records, establishing and updating vendor records, and performing related duties as assigned. The Technician will have knowledge of and proficiency in: Terminology and practices of financial and account document processing and record-keeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, utility billing, and business licensing; Methods and techniques or preparing and maintaining records of financial transactions; Methods and techniques of researching and resolving accounting transactional discrepancies; Business arithmetic and basic accounting and financial management knowledge; Record-keeping principles and procedures; Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and ordinances relevant to the area(s) of responsibility; and related areas necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking to fill 16 full-time Maintenance Assistant positions.

The Maintenance Assistant total salary range is $24.74 to $31.56 hourly or $51,459.20 to $65,644.80 annually . The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidates' qualifications and experience.

The Infrastructure Maintenance Division of DOT is looking to fill 16 full-time vacant positions. These positions perform work in the maintenance and repair of concrete, pavement, sewers, landscaping, traffic signs, and traffic markings. Duties include digging holes, trenches, and ditches. They also operate a wide range of hand, mechanical, and power tools, as well as a variety of light and heavy vehicles, trucks, and equipment relevant to work performed, ensuring compliance with safe working practices. Maintenance crews provide services seven days a week. Individuals in this classification may be required to work alternate work shifts, including grave and swing, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call.

The final candidate's qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below.

The Property Manager I salary range is $84,084.00 - $102,276.72 annually.
The Property Manager II salary range is $102,276.72 - $124,400.64 annually.

This position is responsible for assisting with Public Record Act (PRA) requests and this position will also support projects and programs within the City Manager’s Office. Incumbents in this position will have considerable independence in making judgment related to their assignments and must handle situations with great sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. May supervise or act as lead worker to staff involved in management activities.  
 
As a member of the City's unclassified service, this is an "at-will" position. The incumbent serves at the discretion of the City Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• An Associate of Arts degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or closely related field; and
