A Water Resources Mechanic I performs a range of tasks requiring journey level mechanical ability and aptitude. Work assignments are performed according to established rules and procedures. Independent judgment is required and is supported at regular intervals by supervisory review and direction. A Water Resources Mechanic II is distinguished from the WR Mechanic I by the possession of advanced journey level mechanical ability and aptitude and is responsible for solving more difficult technical problems.

This department is seeking to fill one (1) full-time Power Resources Specialist I/II position to support the Risk Management and Contracts Administration Division.

This position is part of an exciting fast-paced team responsible for mitigating risks and managing a power portfolio comprised of hundreds of megawatts of renewable energy projects.

The selected candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluate, review, and validate the accuracy of market positions and risk metrics such as mark-to-market, value at risk, gross margin at risk.
• Perform quantitative and analytical data modeling to quantify risks, evaluate risk reduction strategies, aid strategic/ operational decision making and provide insights.

Overview:
The Associate Electrical Engineer will support the 24 x 7 continuous Water Utility raw, treated, and purified water operations, capital improvement projects, annual maintenance work plan, and asset management plans. The Sustainability Analyst II is the journey-level class in the Sustainability Analyst series. Incumbents are expected to be fully competent in all major solid waste and recycling program functions and able to independently perform assignments.

Positions in the Sustainability Analyst series are flexibly staffed. • May conduct presentations related to City's sustainability and solid waste and recycling programs and services upon request.
