The Office Technician I/II position at the Probation Office performs a wide variety of specialized technical duties and provides information and assistance to the public regarding departmental policies, procedures and laws. General
The Procurement Administrator II reports to a Procurement Administrator III in Contracts and Procurement and is responsible for preparing and processing Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (PO’s) for the procurement of goods, materials, equipment, professional services, and public works.
Essential Functions & Duties
The City of Brisbane is recruiting for a part-time Office Assistant for the Human Resources Department. Under general supervision, provides a variety of office support activities, which may include word processing, photocopying, scanning electronic documents, data entry and organization, telephone and counter reception, receipt of payments, record keeping, report preparation and filing; and performs related work as required.
