Under the direction of the City Manager, performs a wide variety of responsible, confidential, and complex administrative, technical, and secretarial duties for those in the City Manager’s Office; acts as a liaison with City departments, staff, outside agencies, and the public; and supports the efficient operation of the City Manager’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative support to the City Manager and Executive staff;  
• Handle sensitive and privileged material;
• Maintain the confidentiality of such material;
• Interact with the public, outside agencies, and City staff at all levels and on a variety of issues;
• Coordinate internal and external meetings as necessary;
• Coordinate travel to conferences and meetings;
• Prepare correspondence and/or presentations for meetings and various events;
• Coordinate purchase orders and requisitions, and manage timekeeping through the City’s Enterprise System;
• Serve as a member of the website maintenance and posting team; and
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and City policies regarding information security.

                           MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized secretarial training. College-level coursework in business administration, computer science, or a related field is desirable.

Experience:

• Four years of increasingly responsible administrative and secretarial experience. Previous experience supporting C-level Executives preferred.

 Under supervision, performs duties in accordance with District policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Instruct official certification courses using guidelines established by the Southern California. Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF) and the CRPD Sports Office
•  Submit a list of individuals successfully completing official's course to SCMAF for certification.
•  Confirm certified officials have complied with SCMAF requirements
• Participate in league manager meetings
• Communicate with league managers, answer inquiries from players and managers
• Observe and evaluate officials at league games; compile written evaluations of all officials
• Review league rules and make recommendations for rule changes; provide rule interpretations
•  Organize athletic facility so programing may be conducted in a safe and fair manner
• Officiate with professionalism and fairness using approved officiating mechanics
• Enforce and administer decisions of the game in accordance with SCMAF and CRPD League Rules

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty* satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required:

Education/Experience: Minimum age of 18 years old with a High School Diploma (or GED). At least 1,000 hours of experience in officiating.

Certificates and Licenses:

Part-Time position: variable hours; evenings and weekends

Summary:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial tasks and provides oversight of rental groups, in accordance with District policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist patrons and prospective participants on the phone and in-person
• Assist permit groups with set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and other equipment
• Promptly open and unlock facilities or close and secure facilities as scheduled
• Complete facility condition forms following permit group use and incident reports as needed
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions
• Turn athletic field lights off and on for sports groups
• Sell and scan admission tickets special events and/or theater performances

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep floors, vacuum carpets, and dust or polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Wash windows, clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and sanitize high touch areas often
• Empty waste receptacles and remove any trash or debris found throughout facility
• May assist with conducting recreation classes

Minimum Qualifications:
