Executive Administrative Assistant

The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level professional to be part of a small and collaborative team working on important issues that impact the lives of people all around Stanislaus County.

In this role, you will provide highly responsible and complex administrative and analytical support utilizing your strong computer and communication skills to support the execution of projects for Executive Management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

The annual salary range for the position is $42,756.00 – $77,023.00. StanCOG also offers an excellent benefit package including generous group health, dental, vision, paid and flexible/hybrid work options.

StanCOG provides the forum that brings mayors, city council members and county supervisors together to work on regional issues in a setting that promotes the involvement of the public in the planning process for the Stanislaus region. StanCOG is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Stanislaus region.

This is a NEW program within the Marysville Fire Department.  The Marysville Fire Department is hiring continuously for twelve (12) Firefighter Reserves.  These positions will be funded for four (4) years through the SAFER Grant.  

For each 24 hour shift worked, you will receive $60 for food and mileage, that will be paid monthly in accordance with the City of Marysville's established pay schedule.
