A Dispatcher II is a civilian employee of the Police Department who performs a variety of tasks in the Department’s Support Services Division. Tri-City’s MCCP operates 24/7 to provide crucial support in mobile crises. As such, the schedule will involve a 3/12 shift pattern, consisting of three twelve-hour days per workweek and one alternating eight-hour day every other week. Shifts may include weekends, daytime hours, and holidays.
