The City of Brisbane is accepting applications for our summer internships.  Our internships are project oriented and are designed to give college students a good general overview of future employment opportunities and current issues in the Public Sector.  You will have the opportunity for exposure to various areas of City Administration during your internship, as well as have opportunities to network with fellow interns and participate in professional development activities in San Mateo County and/or Santa Clara County.

Parks and Recreation Projects:

• Join our Parks and Recreation team for a hands-on summer internship focused on community engagement, event planning, and program development. This opportunity will provide exposure to a wide array of department functions and programs including (but not limited to) front office operations, marketing initiatives, youth camps, aquatics, special events, public art, and senior programming. The selected candidate will support existing programs and will also have an opportunity to collaborate on a special project of their choosing. Candidates should be prepared to share their professional goals and objectives upon appointment. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and gain real-world experience in parks and recreation!
