The City of Monterey is currently recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Analyst position

Under general direction, the Senior Human Resources Analyst performs advanced professional and technical work in support of key human resources programs, including labor and employee relations and classification and compensation. This role combines program oversight with hands-on execution, providing complex analytical and staff support to Human Resources management. Funded for an initial three-year term, the position offers an experienced HR professional the opportunity to take ownership, apply sound judgment, and use analytical expertise to address complex workforce challenges.

This is a full-time position, funded for an initial three-year term, and assigned to the Human Resources Department.

The Tax Director shall be directly responsible to the Tribal Council for the direction, control, and operation of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Tax Department.  The Tax Director will be responsible for managing and expanding the Tax Department, which includes formulating all department administrative policies, processes, tax programs, along with defining all staffing and scope of work.
