The Information Systems Analyst III (ISA III) is a journey-level technical professional responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of complex enterprise information systems. San Mateo Medical Center is seeking a professional, goal-oriented Clinical Services Manager I to lead and oversee Perioperative Services, including the Operating Room (OR), Pre/Post-Anesthesia Care Units, Endoscopy, Sterile Processing Department (SPD), and Perioperative Scheduling.

 

In this role, you will plan, organize, direct, and supervise operations to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery. Qualifications

 

Licensure/Certification:

The Senior Management Analyst is a financial analyst who works closely with internal and external partners to secure debt financing for capital projects, manage debt proceeds, report to investors, comply with legal covenants, manage daily cash flow and investments, and make regular debt service and fee payments.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to the debt and investment portfolios. Assisting with financial analyses, budgeting, special projects, and ad-hoc requests. Developing unit efficiencies using AI tools.

This position plays a key role in supporting the upkeep of the City's streets and traffic safety-related infrastructure. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team.

 

Responsibilities include performing a range of semi-skilled and manual labor tasks, such as repairing and maintaining traffic signs, applying roadway striping, installing pavement markings, and removing graffiti. The Senior Engineer, under the general direction of the Division Manager, leads and manages the New Development Review Team, overseeing the review and delivery of complex private development projects. This role ensures that development projects align with the City of San José’s and department’s transportation priorities, multimodal policies, and regulatory requirements.

The position provides technical leadership across the development review process and serves as a key liaison with internal partners, external stakeholders, and the public. THE POSITION

The City of Pacifica is recruiting for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator I/II/III at the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant. Under direct or general supervision of the Plant Manager or Assistant Superintendent - Operations, operates and controls wastewater treatment plant and reclamation and recycled water facilities; performs preventative and routine corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment, facilities and related appurtenances; and performs related work as required.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

This is the full journey-level classification in the wastewater treatment plant operator series. Incumbents independently perform the full range of wastewater treatment and reclamation and recycled water facilities and equipment operations and maintenance duties. Responsibilities include inspecting and attending to assigned areas in a timely manner to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the City’s wastewater treatment plant systems and equipment. Positions at this level work independently, exercise judgment and initiative and receive occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise. This class is distinguished from the Lead Plant Operator in that the latter is responsible for providing technical and functional direction to operations staff and is capable of performing the most complex operations and maintenance duties assigned to the division.

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED/EXERCISED

Receives supervision and direction from the Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager or designee. Exercises lead oversight, including provision of technical supervision, assignment of work and/or the training of less experienced staff.
