Tri-City is currently hiring to fill a full-time vacancy for the position of Peer Support Specialist I/II (PSS) within the Children's Outpatient (COP) Department. The PSS position provides peer-to-peer support services in the office and/or in the field including, but not limited to outreach, support, encouragement, guidance, advocacy, and referrals to external resources and services for clients and their families; builds rapport with clients and their families through sharing stories of lived experience and recovery.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Encourages and supports clients to fully engage in services; provides outreach and assists clients in addressing and overcoming barriers to treatment.

• Provides resources and referrals to address basic needs and other barriers to wellness and recovery including food, housing, clothing, transportation, and other financial resources.

• Assists clients with setting, implementing, and tracking wellness and recovery goals; develops individual Wellness and Recovery Action Plans (WRAP); models and shares effective coping strategies.

• Assists clients and families to understand behavioral health problems and steps to recovery.

• Provides support and guidance in navigating systems and obtaining additional support services; attends meetings and therapy sessions with clients (as needed); assists with completing applications and forms; and ensures client concerns are address and processes understood.

Annual Salary Ranges:

• Clinical Supervisor I  $109,254.76 - $139,439.83

THE POSITION

Tri-City is looking for a special individual to serve as a Clinical Supervisor I/II within the Children’s Full-Service Partnership/Transitional Age Youth (FSP/TAY).

• Guide and consult with staff and the Clinical Program Manager regarding Agency philosophy, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; make recommendations and implement updates to programmatic, clinical, and administrative policies.
   

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and participate in the selection of subordinate clinical and administrative staff, student interns, Behavioral Health Specialists, and Behaviorial Health Workers; initiate and participate in personnel actions in accordance with Agency HR practices.
   

• Provide or arrange clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed staff.
   

• Analyze caseloads, forecast resource needs, and review reports for accuracy and timely adjustments.
   

• Ensure compliance with mandated documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements to maintain efficient and effective unit operations.
   

• Assist in the development and coordination of in-service training and staff development programs.
   

• May be required to transport clients using personal or Agency vehicles.
   

• Participate in on-call rotations and perform other duties as assigned.

The City of Sunnyvale is seeking a Library Services Manager, Lakewood Branch Library, at the Sunnyvale Public Library. Under general direction of the Deputy Director of Library Services, the Library Services Manager develops, implements, and evaluates public services at the Lakewood Branch Library and Learning Center with a focus on community engagement, access, equity and innovation. They provide strong leadership for adults, children, technology, and outreach to deliver services, programs and resources in response to community needs. They manage a multifaceted team of full- and part-time librarians and support staff.

The Library Services Manager is a coach, mentor, and guide with proven skills in leading people and managing programs and budgets. They will be a highly collaborative, motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will want to be part of a dynamic leadership team, a risk-taker, solve problems with a growth mindset, and promote new initiatives in Sunnyvale’s first-ever branch library facility. The Library Services Manager position is in the Library division of the Department of Library and Recreation Services (LRS). Salary:

Library Services Manager: $132,526 - $165,658 Annually

THE POSITION

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is currently hiring to fill one full-time vacancy for the position of Clinical Therapist II within the Mobile Crisis Care Program (MCCP). 

Tri-City’s MCCP operates 24/7 to provide crucial support in mobile crises. As such, the schedule will involve a 3/12 shift pattern, consisting of three twelve-hour days per workweek and one alternating eight-hour day every other week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, daytime hours, and holidays.

The specific shift and schedule will be determined by the supervisor; however, the first one to two months of training will follow a 5-day-per-week, 40-hour-per-week schedule

Examples of shifts are included below:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Weekend and night shifts will be entitled to Shift Differential Pay of $2.50 per hour on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and $3.50 per hour on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Holiday shifts will be entitled to Holiday Pay.

Tri-City is looking for individuals to serve as Clinical Therapist II on a full-time basis for the MCCP. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will be part of a team that provides crisis intervention and stabilization, linkage and referral, consultation, and education within the scope of practice. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will report to the Mobile Crisis Care Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Program Manager.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Respond to client’s (Full-Service Partnership and Adult and Children’s Outpatient Programs and other specialty mental health services) crisis calls with or without law enforcement;
   

• Perform field-based and telephone emergency mental health evaluations and crisis stabilization in accordance with agency procedure;
   

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals, groups, and families;
   

• Identify treatment needs and make appropriate referrals for necessary services;
   

• Assist clients and relatives with understanding behavioral health problems and their reaction to them;
   

• Work on a multidisciplinary team for crisis response.
