The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Legal Services Specialist in the District Attorney's Office to establish an eligibility list for upcoming vacancies. Under general supervision, the incumbent performs varied and specialized confidential legal support duties, requiring thorough knowledge of the assigned department, division, or program, its procedures, and operational details; provides administrative support to legal staff; assists with calendaring and scheduling; composes and prepares correspondence using judgment in content and style; performs skilled word processing, data entry and organization, recordkeeping, statistical and technical report preparation, and filing; prepares legal documents; assists in case coordination and filing of documents in a timely manner; and performs related duties as assigned. The City of San José is recruiting for a Business Automation and Development Services Supervising Applications Analyst (SAA) in the Business Automation and Development Services Division of the Information Technology Department. The City of San José is hiring an Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) Technical Lead (Enterprise Supervising Technology Analyst) to provide technical support for Oracle PBCS which is used to prepare the City's Capital, Operating, and Revenue Budgets. The PBCS Technical Lead will also support the three custom budget applications: Fees and Charges, Ordinance Tracking, and Budget to Finance ERP Interface and the Budget Office (BO). The BO is responsible for developing and managing the City's operating and capital budgets and service fees and charges. This position requires strong technical hands-on experience and leadership skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and lead others. We are seeking an individual who is willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional background supporting Oracle PBCS and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning, and multi-dimensional databases with strong analytical skills. In addition, development experience using .NET Framework, Java, or JavaScript to effectively manage and support custom-developed applications is essential. Expertise should cover the entire system implementation lifecycle including gathering business requirements, creating functional and technical designs, application development, and administration.

The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Deputy County Counsel II/III in the Office of County Counsel. Under the direction of the County Counsel and Chief Deputy County Counsel, attorneys in this series perform professional legal work by preparing and trying civil cases and providing legal counsel and assistance to the County, it’s officers, associated boards and commissions, as well as outside agencies; assist departments in interpreting regulations on a wide range of topics; represent officers and employees in litigation; and perform duties as assigned.  The Deputy County Counsel I/II/III classification is flexibly staffed and depending on background and experience, may be filled directly at the Deputy County Counsel II or III level. Salary Information:The final candidate's qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Enterprise Technology Manager (ETM) classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.

• Salary Range (including the 5% NPWI): $163,275.84 - $199,814.16

The ETM classification is represented by the City Association of Management Personnel (CAMP) bargaining unit.
