Marinwood Community Services District

The Marinwood-Lucas Valley Community, a designated U.S. Census Tract, is located in an unincorporated area of north-central Marin County. At present, Marinwood-Lucas Valley is primarily a residential community consisting of approximately 2500 households.  Formed in 1960, the Marinwood Community Services District's Community Center & Pool Complex, Fire Department, various Parks and the surrounding open space are all central to the identity of Marinwood.

Marinwood CSD provides for Parks & Open Space, Recreation Programs, Fire Protection & Emergency Response and Streetlighting to the surrounding community.  This is accomplished through a dedicated staff of full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.
