Candidates who do not provide a 10-year DMV printout (H6) no more than 3 months old will be disqualified from the recruitment process. Candidates must have an acceptable driving record as defined as follows: In the last 5 years: No more than 3 moving violations No accidents where applicant was at fault No outstanding warrants for failure to appear In the last 7 years: No convictions for reckless driving No convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Applicants with 6 or more points over the previous 3 years on his/her driving record will be considered to have an unacceptable driving record and will be disqualified from this recruitment process.
