About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled storyteller and strategic communicator to lead the Human Services Agency’s internal and external communications. As the Public Information Officer, you’ll shape how we connect with the public, share our mission, and highlight the impact of our programs. You’ll report directly to Director Claire Cunningham and serve as a trusted advisor on media relations, crisis communications, and community engagement.

Your strengths include clear and compelling storytelling, confident media and crisis communication, and fluency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and social media platforms.
