USD Tri-City Wastewater

USD Tri-City Wastewater operates a 33-acre wastewater treatment facility in Union City and provides collection, treatment and disposal services to a total population of over 356,000 in Fremont, Newark and Union City, California. The District maintains over 830 miles of underground pipeline in its service area. 

The District safely and responsibly collects and treats wastewater, and recovers resources from process waste streams, while protecting human health and improving the environment in a way that benefits the Tri-Cities and all USD stakeholders.
