The City of Ceres is pleased to offer the opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Worker I or II. The level at which an individual is hired depends on the applicant's qualifications and work experience. Ceres offers an excellent benefits package, including 100% employer paid medical premiums for several of the plan options and a retirement pension paid out upon eligible retirement from the City (reciprocity with CalPERS in some situations).
Those candidates qualified as level II who get hired, usually start out at $3231 per month in the salary range.

The City of Orinda is looking for a motivated, customer service-oriented individual to perform a variety of semi-skilled facility maintenance and repair work.
